Default allintitle vs. quotes

which one makes more since to use when researching a niche?

i've been taught to use quotes but i recently downloaded market samurai which uses allintitle.

allintitle makes more since because it would seem that the people who have your keyword in their title are the people actually making an effort to rank for that keyword and not just ranking by happy accident.

quotes seems more like using allintext. your thoughts?

Default Re: allintitle vs. quotes

To do keyword research use allintitle as google gives more imp to keywords in title meta tag. So allintitle would give fair idea of competition in your niche.
You can actually see that how many people are real competitor for your keyword.
