I happen to come across this about Michael Campbell and he is very very generous to giveaway his materials for free. They are hundreds of pages but very good and informative teaching. In fact, I got myself attracted to his blog very much for the tips that he shared on his blog.

As usual, I'm a great fan of Michael. Recently he made a post at his blog : how to convert RSS to PDF. I thought this is really great where you can use the converted PDF on RSS from your site and submit them to the ebook directory, such as Scribd and etc.
