Default Why does facebook ads multiply my budget by 100 ?

I've been having a very very annoying problem with my new facebook ads.

Whenever I build a new campaign, facebook seems to add a 100 factor to my budget.

I.e, if I enter 30,00 USD / day, it will save the value as "3,000.00 USD USD". Which is a bit scary and has kept me from enabling the campaigns.

I don't want to see 3 grand disappear instantly when I turn my campaign on.

And i've tried entering 0.30 USD, that won't work (facebook says the budget is too low. If I ented 1 USD, it saves 100 USD USD as the new value ! that's crazy !)

Anyone has that bug ?
