top of SERPS for resell rights and resale rights

I have a site that appears to come top of the search engine rankings for the terms "resell rights" and "resale rights" (I'm not using quotes).

First, can you confirm whether this is actually the case for me (the site is ebooksbusiness dot com).

Secondly, if that is the case, is it worth much? I'm getting it ready for selling, so just wondered if that search term is really used much these days?

Same results here. You're not on the first page. You're no where for "resell rights" and #134 for "resale rights". Keep working at it.

Yes, I am logged in. I was worried this might be the case, hence the question. Seems really weird that I would get different SERP results just because I'm logged in.

I've attached a screenshot to show what I see. Really frustrating!!

Don't know if this is still worth it, but "ebook resale rights" on Google gets me #11 of 284,000, and #12 of 358,000. Is this a saleable blog?
