Not talking about pagerank btw, couldn't give a toss. I wonder if anyone can tell me how to check my goarticle article's position on google search results for a particular keyword? I've tried the ones below, but I have a couple of complaints with them. ferruh.mavituna.com/google/ tools4google.com/search-google-position/keyword_tracking.php exactfactor.com/
I've also tried the following tool: RankBL Google Position Checker Tool The results of this one are totally different from the other 3 tools I mention. So my question: is there one ultimate reliable tool for checking my site's position in google for a particular keyword? (and btw, when doing it manually, firefox and chrome have ****ty chached results (useless!), and though results on IE 7 don't seem to be cached, I'm not convinced the ones on my laptop are the same as what others are seeing (some sort of cache crap goin on there too). Thanks in advance ![]() Noor |

I use the pro version of Traffic Travis. They have a free version - Register for Free Download | Traffic Travis (not aff). IMO it is the best available. Linda |

Thanks Linda, and you Fairlinks. I just tried traffic travis - absolutely awesome program! I'm using it for my website atm, but unfortunately it doesn't seem to work for my goarticle URL, as it tells me to enter only the domain and omit any forward-slashes |

Unfortunately, I don't think there is a program that can really track the article positions. I came across this problem some time ago and searched for a solution, but couldn't really find a solid reliable method/program. For actual domain/site ranking checkers, I would definitely recommend seobook's rank checker plugin for firefox, it's fantastic. I wish I was a programmer because I would certainly consider designing a program to do this task, any web programmers out there? This is for sure a void that needs to be filled.... |
