buy a old site and sign up adsense?

hi ! i'm new to forum also adsense.I'm from asia ( not china or india) and i want to ask a noob question about adsense registion.i dotn want to wait 6 months to sign up adsense.

I'm going to buy a already adsense site on flippa.so
if that site is registed adsense. can i use it to sign up with adsense?
if that site is running adsense but not registed its own url with adsense. can i use it to sign up with adsense?

    If the site is using original content aka no duplicant content, you can try to register Adsense. Make sure that the site is not using other Adsense pub (ID).

    Might look kind of odd a site that was already running Adsense is submitting an application to get an Adsense account approved.

    You dont have to wait for that long, and you dont have to buy and old site to apply for adsense account. There are trick to do that. I am a niche blog developer, and i made a lot of start up blog for my customer. They used it to apply adsense full account and 100% approved..

      It is a basic concept of blog preparation and application..but still it is offered as a service

      If anyone interested, please let me know. This is not cheap account like fiverr. It is normal and natural account
