I got a domain here with all the links pointing to: "ca.website.com".

When I re-host this site, how can I set it up at "ca.website.com" to retain all the links?

The same way you set it up for the first time!?
If you're changing host, this would be the steps:

    1. Zip database and site files
    2. Upload to server
    3. Unpack files
    4. Change nameservers to point on new host
    5. Add subdomain

    That's it.

In hosting control panel, you will get option to create a new subdomain if your web host allows it.

You can place it in the configuration directly. The method for this differs depending on your web hosting.

    Thanks,
