I think more information is needed. Are you asking if the owners of the sites will allow it? Or are you asking if it will help more with SEO?

I assume it will help more with SEO as well because more backlinks = higher position in SERP? | |

If they allow commenting, and you are considerate in how you post, they may let your comments stand. I think could vary from site to site, but the way you conduct yourself should help.

You have to see what other people are getting away with on the particular websites. If everyone is keywording their links, do it. If everyone is posting more than 1 link and getting away with it, do it. Just make sure not to look spammy. Also, dont pay attention to the pagerank of a site you are trying to get a link from. Get any link you can, no matter if it is pr0 or pr9. |

If you are running your own site are you going to approve links to sites that just dump multiple urls? Think about it! If you're links add value to the site and topic then why not... but if you are just using the site as a link dump you are likely wasting your time and what eventually happens is the site owner gets tired of it and just dumps them all. So your time is wasted. |

| Good point! It's always recommended to get links from high PR sites but PR0 can grow up quickly as well. That will be a good investment.
