Ok, I've got 90 days to make some $50 a day by using SEO, is it realistic?

Ok. I'm not looking to get rich quick, I just want to replace my 9-5 job. $50 a day is my goal, and I need to continue making cash everyday. I want to make a website, and generate sales. I'm kind of a newb to doing seo, but I have a little knowledge as to what I need to do. Sorry for that run on sentence.

I have a little money to spend on this, about $100 a month. I know that high quality backlinks are a must, but that's pretty much all I know about getting high rankings.

I've also been searching this forum, but I have system overload. I'm sorry for asking this, because it's been asked so many times, but what else do I need to know about getting massive traffic & high rankings? Again, sorry for the run-on sentence.

Being in a hurry to do this is probably the part that worries me a little. It is ABSOLUTELY possible, but you do need time to learn, develop a plan, engage in some trial and error, etc. It's easy to read about some plans that are so called "guaranteed" to make money, but my advice to you is really start studying this stuff, and get organized. Make yourself a google document or two and start revising them as you develop your plan. You can do it, but its going to come from you, and what you put into this.

50 per day in 90 days is definitely doable. There's an excellent thread here wherein the author sets out to make 100.00 per day in 3 months. He fell short of his goal but as I understand it he was hitting at or around 50.00 per day by the end of his attempt. His latest few days saw a 70.00 day from one blog. Very respectable earnings by all accounts.

The formula that gets you to $50 is not too difficult. Need to think about your skills. You might be able to write for people and make that quite easily. Or you might be able to develop a product and sell a few each day. Spend a little time studying what other people do. Look at the links in their signatures. Take note of the things that interest you, but give it a little time and then narrow it down to the idea you like the most.

Takes most people longer than 90 days to earn their first $50 - let alone $50 a day. I think starting from nothing and expecting to make a full time income within 90 days is setting your sights a little high.

Would suggest that you start off very small and find something that brings you small but regular amounts of income - say $50 a MONTH which is very possible. Rinse and repeat, rinse and repeat...

Hey.... $50 a day after 90 days! Sounds fun... Yes I think you could do it.

Check out the SEO forum on here if that is what you are wanting to do. Mixed that with some product review stuff... There is a killer post on here about one guy who maid 50k in 6 months because of the way he did his product reviewing. Mix that with some CPA and click bank products.

Probably will need to get a domain name and stuff like that... A blog. A few things like that.

$50 a day is very small.... But a great start and when you can make that CONSISTENTLY... that will be a good thing for you!

Whatever your plan is, you must do it and be resistant to failure. On your day 1 you must make a pledge that you will not stop in any working day until day 90. Now if you just do that, I don't know how you'll not make any money. You may or may not reach $50/day on day 90 but you won't mind $30 or $20 per day right?

People who are new to Internet Marketing have this mistaken belief that all you need to do is create a site and drive traffic to the site.

What you need to do is identify a market, research the customers in that market, and then figure out if you can present an offer that appeals to them.

The most important thing you can remember while you are building your business is that in order for you to make money there has got to be someone on the other end of the process willing to crack open their wallet and spend.

And while positive attitude, ambition, aptitude, etc. are all important factors ... you won't make real money until you figure out the customer end of things.

And yes it's possible to make money online... but only you know your own skill set.

Don't assume because you have little money to spend that you have nothing of value.

$50 in a day is possible... but I doubt if you can make it in 90 days... You need to develop a plan and strategize.

Possible, sure it's possible, would I be counting on it, no. You will have setbacks. The type of setbacks that can only be avoided by having gone through them and which can never be predicted by anybody.

You can't tell how long it's going to take you to vault over your own personal sticking points and the unique challenges you will face. So you could make it, but don't stake your living on it or anything.

If you absolutely really REALLY need to get to $50 a day no matter what in 3 months... then learn to write really good and optimized articles fast. Offer your services around here and other SEO places. In 3 months cultivate your reputation as a top-tier article writer, grow your relationship with your clients and get referrals. Charge $5-$10 per article and get to the point where you write on average 10 articles a day (easily doable in 2 months, let alone three).

That's I think the most reliable, stable, surest way to get there. Once you're there and have taken the gun off your head, you can start taking action on other, riskier stuff.

I agree - the easiest way to get to $50 a day in 90 days is to market your own services. If it's not writing, it could be social bookmarking, article submissions, something that you do well that you can do that others don't want to do.

One thing I can advise is that if your end goal is to have a passive income, find one method that you want to make work, and stick with it. Don't get distracted and keep trying many different things, one right after the other. Make a plan, and stick to it, and you can do this!

I didn't read all the replies in this thread but Angela Edwards has a WSO about high quality backlinks. It's the most viewed thread in the Special Offers Forum (I think) and has tons of reviews. I've spoken to her a ton and am starting to implement this into my marketing strategy.

I'd suggest you pick it up...and it's free for the first month and 5 bucks monthly...pretty sweet price and you get a LOT of stuff.

Yes, some people can do that in 90 days, by getting plenty of backlinks
and having a site that is optimized. You have to remember that with a
new site, it takes time to get into the search engines and work your
way to the top page because of the links or keyword choices.


We could help you more, if you will post what you can do:

What are your skills now?
What are your interests?
Can you make a website, write good articles, etc.

There is much to do, but it depends on what you know and what you can
do right now.

You could also consider saving your money for several months and buy a
website that is up and running, making you money from day one. Certain
sites have websites for sale, and information is shared as to how they are
making money. You just have to do your due diligence.

Some people will make that within 90 days, with a good choice of market,
and others will not. A lot of it depends on what beliefs run you and what
kind of action you take. That and not giving up, no matter what kind of
road blocks you run into.

I second Brad Spencer on Angelas backlinks - also on that thread you can find Paul's backlinks WSO - which is also chalk full of backlinking genius. First month is free for both so you don't necessarily have to shell out for anything - however after using these packages once and seeing the results you will definitely be a regular subscriber. They work.

As to the other posters in this thread, I am actualy quite shocked at the amount of people stating it's hard to pull in a measely 50.00 per day after 90 days of solid effort. That is both unnecessarily pesimistic and just simply untrue. 500.00 per day after 90 days is a feat, 50.00 a day is NOT rocket science and a completely doable goal. It certainly involves significant work and effort, but it's not as unlikey as some here are making it out to be.

As others have pointed out, you can market out article writing services or utilize your own skill set as a product. As an article writer you can easily make 50.00 per day. Alternately there is affiliate marketing, site flipping (a bit saturated now) marketing your own information product, e.t.c... all the methods are here, and if you're reading you know most of them already.

One thing I would suggest you stay away from is PPC, until or unless you already have skills in that area. That can be a money pit for the uninitiated. If you can invest some money, invest in a good ghost writer and get a ton of quality content slammed to your sites and start doing your level best to rank for your niches. Plenty of techniques around here to hep with that - including the backlinking packages mentioned above.

I don´t think it´s that easy to make $50 in 90 days. Not for someone new in this business. $50 a day is quite a lot of money. Some people do not even earn $1500 for a whole months work.
For someone experienced and routined $50 a day may be a joke. Just 1 winning Adwords campaign or an ebook sold with the help of many JV partners or whatever can easily make the $50.
For somebody new things are usually different. Although there are exceptions. Even with a good ebook you will make lots of mistakes. Even the best ebook is just an ebook. Even if it sounds so easy there is much more involved. You cannot expect a few thousand words to turn you into a rich person instantly.
It´s like card playing. Learning the rules of the game doesn´t make you a good card player. You have to build up a lot of experience and that takes time.

Some are saying its too difficult, some say its possible. From experience it is very hard. But yes you must be in it for the long run. I'm only at $10-$12/day right now and it is a nice check every month. But i've been doing this for several months now and am just starting to see the fruits of all my hard labor.

It also gets easier in time. Once you have a higher PR/more backlinks new pages get to the first page easier and quicker.

I agree with most people here that it is possible but you need to find something where the competition isn't too high for SEO. As others have said, it's not going to happen overnight and it's not that easy. Or else I would have a thousand websites that each earn $50/day! Good luck

Here's a suggestion. Find a market of hungry buyers that are desperate for information. Learn them, study them, delve into their real needs and what's causing them pain. Then write an ebook that solves their problems and promote it using free methods. Not a new method but should get the juices going?
