30 links under high PR domain valued a lots?

Guys,
I have about 30 links under high PR domains (Say, PR4+). But the page which I have placed my link does not have any PR as well as those are not get cached still. Most of them are bookmarking sites. (I just created some bookmarks) and some are very popular dating sites or entertainment sites which have good traffic and good PR even. So, my question is, Are these 30 links valued a lots? To feel the changes in my traffic, Are those links have to be cached by google? Please advice,

Yes, I feel the pages will need to be cached by google for them to really "count". Keep in mind it can take a few months to get enough links together where it actually starts to work for you. You might also try submitting to some directories.

For a quick cache, try to publish your links on digg, stumble, delicious as well as on blogger.com
