Newbie needs some help

I'm new to IM and created my first few sites in the past couple of weeks. Basically I've been reading this forum as much as I can and trying to find out as much as I can. I've created a site that has about 9,000 competing websites when put in quotes and 60,000 when not using quotes. The traffic is not super high for the keyword (about 4,000 searches per month).

I just started using SEOQuake and have a few questions about backlinks. First off, it says I have 17 internal links (0 nofollow) and 2 external links (0 nofollow). What do these mean? I have done some bookmarking on 6-14 with Anglea's links. Are these my backlinks?

Next question: What is a good % for my keyword density? My site is just a basic wordpress blog with several posts.

Third: Even though I use Angelas backlink package should I still do social bookmarking at socialmarker? What is the difference between the bookmarks in Angela's packet and socialmarker?

Thanks in advance for any information and replys I get. I've spent a ton of time trying to figure these things out and hopefully someone can ease my brain cramp.

Internal links are links in your site that point to other pages in your site.
External Links are links located on other sites pointing to your site.

nofollow is an HTML attribute value used to instruct some search engines that a link should not influence the link target's ranking in the search engine's index. It is intended to reduce the effectiveness of certain types of search engine spam, thereby improving the quality of search engine results and preventing spamdexing from occurring.

According to Google you should not worry about keyword density but concentrate on normal speech. If your keyword is mentioned several times in the content that is enough.
Most people say that about 2.5% density is good.

You should try and get as many backlinks from relevant sites as possible. This is a never ending task. I would beware of packages (though I am not familiar with her package) as the same sites may be used over and over lessening the effect of the backlink.
Backlinks should be gathered in good faith and not spammed just for the sake of the backlink. Contribute when posting in forums and blog comments. Also write quality articles and submit them to article directories.
