Super Ninja Adsense Move to Increase Clickthroughs

Here is my super ninja adsense trick that will increase your clickthroughs:

Step 1: Have adsense ads with the traditional blue links running on your site.

Step 2: Have a (1) text link ad on your site. Make sure the color is purple.

The trick here is playing on the minds of your visitors. They see the blue links, and they know the links are unvisited and fresh. But if they see a purple link, it signifies that the link has been visited before.

It triggers the visitor's mind to respond and say "I don't remember clicking on this"... and many times they will clickthrough to see what the heck it actually is.

Super Ninja Trick...

Something to test, at least.

I must admit. That is a pretty slick idea. I've been known to push the envelope but this is quite a slight mod.
