Anyone know of a time efficient way to locate some EDU sites that accept links?

From experience, even when you do find those sites, they don't allow any kind of useful linking and the whole business turns out to be a waste of time.

Jimerson, you'll notice I included the inurl:phpbb at the end, hence bringing up forums that will allow you to place external links.
