Hi everyone, So I intalled the MaxBlogPress Unblockable Popup 2.0.5 plugin with a lightbox option and it highlighted my ads and faded out my content. The thing is though, it's only appears that way in IE 8, for me anyway. In Firefox 3, it's normal (the actual pop up appears). A few people have told me that it's also altered in Google Chrome and Firefox 3, for them. According to my stats, visitors have clicked on them...trying to reach the content, possibly. After all, they arrive looking for something. freestuffget dot com |

It highlights the ads in IE 6 as well - this should push up your CTR ![]() Pete |

Yes, it did increase my CTR. It's rather black hat though, wouldn't you say? Adsense is a valubale part of my business, and I don't want any problems, so I removed that plugin. I decided not to be greedy and fail, in the long run, as a result. It was just a discovery. I let it go.
