Default Page Ranking - How?

I have two blogs. One is ranked PR1, which back link is only 68. another one is unranked which back link is 158. I don't understand why? If any one can explain the reason. Please.

What is the age of each blog?

Pagerank is not regularly updated, so on the next update, you will likely see changes.

Page Rank is determined purely by the PR of your incoming links. If you had ten thousand backlinks from pages with no page rank, your site would still be PR0. If you had 1 single backlink from a PR10 page, you'd probably end up with an instant PR8 or PR9, even though you only had 1 backlink.

Both of them are of same age. Simultaneously hosted.

Your best bet is to create some linkbait articles and send emails to similar blogs to maybe link to the post or let you guest post...they don't have to be pr10, but that would be nice but atleast PR4 and you can be on your way to building your PR.

PR was a problem in the beginning but now that i have a few sites ...all related I'm able to link to any new site I start because they're usually related and my highest site is PR6.

Google just updated it's PR recently so wait for the next update and keep getting backlinks and you will surely get a good pagerank on next update for both of the blogs
