I've created a hop link to a product, pasted it in an article, but when I click it, it takes me to the page but with a standard URL. How will the company know it's me that sent them there? I usually use Never Blue, and their sites have variables in the URL to show who sent them. Is this normal for CB? or an error? |

When you say a "hoplink" that makes me think it's a Clickbank product. Is that right? If so, click on the link in your article and go to the sales page. Then click on the order button like you are going to order. You will go to the Clickbank processing page. At the bottom of the page it will say either [affiliate] = [none], in which case the cookie wasn't set and you will get no commission, or-- it will say [affiliate] = [your ID] in which case you will get your commission. Check your hoplink structure and make sure it's correct. Good Luck! |
