Looking for full time SEM Assistant

I'm looking for a full timer with some experience (at least 2-3 years) in SEO/SEM to assist with rolling out new sites, submissions and other SEO trickery. More specifically, I'm looking for someone to assist with the day to day submissions and on-page optimization as well as to provide some creative ideas and suggestions on new tactics. Can anyone recommend a fellow WF'er or perhaps a firm that has done well for them in the past?

Agreed, any SEO/SEM worth their salt would make more doing joint ventures or promoting their own products. However, training is a viable option. Thanks for the input guys.

I would think training would be cheaper as well, like billyboy said, most make more than enough on their own.
