Setting up click-through for Adwords

I am setting up to do Adword marketing to affiliate sites and want to be able to track in Adwords, how many prospects successfully completed the qualifying deal to see how well I am doing with my campaigns. The problem is that I am not able to set it up. I am working wtih markethealth.com and partnerwithpaul.com and can't seem to get this done:

markethealth.com has a place to put in your campaign ID, but when I do that and click the "Save" button nothing happens. It's almost like the button is not programmed correctly and it is not doing anything.

partnerwithpaul.com doesn't even seem to have a place to put your information.

I wrote to both companies to see if they could steer me in the right direction, but markethealth.com has been 2 days and haven't heard anything yet and pwp.com is one day.

Can anyone give me any good advice on getting this done? Thank you in advance.
