Free Offline Keyword Density Checker That Highlights Keywords

Hello all,

I wonder - does anyone know where I can find and
download a free offline keyword density checker that
highlights specific words in a text or word document?

I need it to give my writers to help them analyze
articles, to avoid excessive use of certain keywords
and keyphrases.

Note - I know there are lots of such checkers that
work online. However, I need one that can be
downloaded which works offline. Something similar
to Welcome to Cro-Code ! but one that is free.

Any idea anyone?

Primitive Word Counter - Simple tool for counting keyword density in a text

This doesn't "highlight" any or particular keywords in the article.

Freeware tool to analyse keywords density of web pages

This does "highlight" keywords but it's not extensive enough.
I just tried it and it missed out LOTS of the keyword phrases
in the particular test article I used.

Any ideas anyone? It will be good to find one that will
allow you to type in the particular keyword phrase you
want to check for keyword density, then it will check
the article and highlight the appearance of the keyword
or keyphrase.

Text analysis, wordcount, keyword density analyzer, prominence analysis does the offline analysis, but doesn't highlight. Your brower will do that.

Thanks, but sadly, the "highlighing" is what I am really
looking for. In particular, I need one that will be able to
allow you to type in the particular keyword phrase you
want to check for keyword density, then it will check

Thank you Mark! this is exactly what I have been trying to find for ages, you're a star. My article submissions will definately get excepted first time around from now on.

Hello members:

I have been on the same quest for measuring KEYWORD DENSITY.

I did check out the suggestions in this thread, however they do not perform as well as the following applications (for my purposes).

The 2 most practical applications I have found so far are:

offline: Easy Article Rewriter | easy-article-rewriter.com
Querky and buggy. Must learn how to finesse this software.
Provides meaningful results.

online: ArticleJockey.com | articlejockey.com
Built-in keyword search tool not recommended - must uncheck.
Next insert your researched keyword list - must check all KW's.
Provides meaningful results.
