looking for fast approving article directories

hi warriors, i am looking for article directories that fulfil teh following conditions. articlesbase is my one for now. fast approval on ezinearticles is ony for platinum members. do you knwo of any directories that

1. approve my article fast
2. is visited often by searhc engines
3. has lots of visitors
4. requires a minimum article word lenght of 250-350 words
5. has high pr
6. allow for at least 2 anchor texts in the resource box
