Default Can You Mass Delete Underperforming Adwords?

I have over 10,000 keywords in my content network account and I don't want to filter through all of them everyday to delete the underperformers. Will it hurt me if I leave them their to underperform? Also, is there a way through adwords or adwords editor to auto select your underperformers based on something like ctr and delete the ones that are under performing?

Please answer if you know.

From what I've heard, there's no quality score issue on content. Leave them in there if you want.

Although if they suck why would you want them in there.
