The Biggest Problem For Newbies In Make Money Online Niche

The truth is, if you're just getting started in Internet Marketing, the reason you're here to begin with is.... you're either tired of working for someone else, or...you just plain NEED money, right?

So, why in the world would you try to make money selling stuff about how to make money if you've never actually made any money in the make money online niche?

You shouldn't!

Plain and simple.

I'll tell you what, though, there are TONS of ways to make money online without having already made money online.
  • You don't need a list
  • You don't need jv partners
  • You don't need your own website
  • You don't need to be a world class copywriter

Shit...

You don't even need to have made your own products.

The warrior forum is one small slice of making money online and the only reason I post here is because I know I can find a ton of folks that my skillset can support and help.

I've been where you are.

I know how frustrating it can be to not be where you want to be.

The truth is, you don't need to fake it to make it online.

It IS a strategy....but it doesn't have to be yours.

Besides...

Lying to people requires you to perpetually lie to people.

What I think you're really looking for are ways to legitimately make money from the internet without doing stupid surveys, without lying to people and without taking forever to get started.

Believe me, there are a ton of ways to do this.

For me, my initial breakthrough was helping local small businesses with their online marketing.

That quickly led me down other paths that I simply tried my hand at and guess what happened....

Sometimes...

I failed.

But, other times...

I won...

Big time.

The bottom line was, I was always willing to try and DO!

That's what you need to do.

Stop asking others "Do you think doing [whatever it is you're too scared to attempt to do] will work?"

Stop asking for other, unqualified, opinions.

Make attempts.

Put buy buttons out there.

Make offers.

Help others.

Address problems.

Do it consistently.

Be persistent.

Every day.

Small successes lead to big wins.

I hope that helps.

Regards,

Los

I would have to say you hit the nail on the head. I think a lot of people like the idea of making money online but don't actually want to do the work. It takes more than a bit of determination, focus, and work in most cases. Newbies can become easily discouraged when one thing or another doesn't work without realizing that having/starting an online business does not equal overnight success.

@entrepreneurjay - Yes, sir. The analogy I love using is eating right and exercise. We all have a general idea of how to do it, but I'll bet ya some are still reading this while eating pizza and a soda (or something else that's less healthy).

Simple - eat less "bad stuff." Do more exercising.

However - that's not easy.... 2 different things.

    @MartinBuckley - glad you like.

@iansinfo - I'd like to add being prolific to that as a plus method.

@thescribe - Yeah, generally people will pay for a nonexistent easy button, and, you're right, they don't want to do the work (which is why they spent the money in the first place).

I know, I know, I sell stuff, too, but the sad truth is people would rather pay for the magic bullet and for the right to complain that "it" doesn't work, than they are to just do the work.

A funny study was done where parents of a particular preschool, who kept showing up late to pick up their kids were threatened with a late pick up charge.

They would be charged $5 for every 10 minutes they were late (or something like that), even if they were 1 minute late.

Guess what happened when the threat became real?

    Yup, late pickups...INCREASED!

People were buying away their guilt.

This case study can be found here:

So, what's the tie in to my post?

The point I'm making is people would much rather pay to have and know the secret than they are to pay to use the secret.

    Isn't that bizzare?

Well, learning how to use this to your advantage will make so much of this stuff so much easier for most of you.

I hope that made some semblance of sense.
