Recently someone asked why they should give their product away for free. They felt like they were losing out on sales. But the opposite is true, by giving away your product for free and letting others do the same you stand the chance of increasing your sales exponentially.

The trick is to create a report that offers something of value, usually information. Within the report you present 1 to 3 additional products as examples or tools to help achieve what you are explaining.

Of course links are links to your higher end products or affiliate links.

The trick is to make sure you offer something of VALUE in the free report and that you allow others to pass on the report. If you want to help insure that others will pass on the report make a portion of it rebrandable using ViralPDF or similar software.

This gives others a chance to make money on your report and an incentive to pass it on. If you are giving away a large report or eBook you can charge the people that receive it for free for personalizing the eBook. Again, use ViralPDF or something similar, this makes it far easier and automatic.

Viral is a great way to get your product exposed to as many people as possible in the shortest period of time.

Remember! If your product links are promoting garbage you will trash your name and business and people will never buy from you again and others will never pass along your viral products again.

Your offers don’t have to be the best product out there but it does have to have value and not be considered garbage by your subscribers and customers.

You will have a far easier chance of selling again to your current customers if they believe in you and trust you. Always have them in mind when you are building a project or better yet ask yourself would you sell it to someone you really care about. If you answer then you have a product worth promoting, if you answer no then don’t even think of offering it to anyone else.
