Imagination – Workshop of the Mind

Listed as the 5th step towards Riches in Think and Grow Rich, Hill says imagination is literally the workshop wherein are fashioned all plans created by man.

There are two types of Imagination:
1. Synthetic Imagination – old concepts, ideas, or plans are turned into new combinations.
2. Creative Imagination – method through which hunches, and inspirations are received and developed into something new.

Most “new” products are the result of Synthetic Imagination, where something or things, are filter through the imagination and turned into something newer and different.

It is through the imagination that a person looks at something tried or done before and turns it into something new.

If you want the newest and hottest product look around you to see what is selling, really selling. Find a number of these items that can be related or combined into something new, something that would solve problems for people.

Let your imagination run wild, look at it from all angles. How can it be changed, updated, combined or something that would yield a newer and better product.

This is why I keep all the “OLD” eBooks and programs. I look through them and see what can be used from them in today’s market. Is there something from these old gems that can be used today? Instead of an eBook, would they make a good program or website?

It is from the imagination of man that ALL great things have materialized. Albert Einstein did the majority of his testing in his imagination. Thomas Edison found the solution for the electric light bulb within his imagination, Ford the car, Carnegie the steel empire, and many, many more.

See what you can take from the online world and move to the physical, or from the physical to the online world, or better yet use in both!

A great way to develop your imagination is to day dream. Yes that nasty habit that all school teachers yelled at us for doing. It is the KEY to your great success and wealth. Take a half hour, right before bed is good, and create a place you would love to be in within your mind.

Close your eyes and build this place one piece at a time. Add to it anything and everything you would love in the perfect place to make you happy, safe, and powerful. Make it a castle, a lodge in the mountains or a place by the ocean. Imagine it, feel it, make it real.

By developing your imagination you will develop you life to reflect that which you imagine. Your Imagination is your KEY to success. Develop it now.
