A new year is right around the corner. To the extent you have been seriously considering making more money with e-books in 2011 than you did in 2010, here are two tips that you can begin using right away.
The very first thing you want to do is make a determination as to whether or not you are generating the most money possible from people who have purchased e-books from you in the past. In other words, when somebody purchases an e-book that you sell about a particular topic -- do you have any other products or services that you can promote them which make logical sense? One example maybe if you happen to sell an e-book that talks about how somebody can lose a lot of weight in several days because of a special event. Once they get the result they are seeking, they may have an interest in modifying their lifestyle so that they can actually be a healthier way all the time and not have to engage in crash diets.
Wouldn't it make sense to offer these individuals additional products and services that can help them reach their goal of being a healthy weight all the time? Of course! This is one easy way in which you can make a lot more money as an e-book publisher.
Something else to consider is whether or not you are offering people the opportunity to buy more e-books from you at the time they make a purchase. For example, perhaps you have several e-book titles that are about subjects which are reasonably interconnected. For example, maybe you sell an e-book that talks about anxiety. It might be very helpful for somebody to also be offered an e-book that provides information and advice about yoga. Does that make sense?
