Post How To Make A Clickbank Product - 3 Easy Steps I Follow To Make All My Clickbank Ebooks

How to make a Clickbank product? What might at first seem like a gargantuan task is much, much easier if you just break it down into simple steps. As an experienced Clickbank vendor myself, I want to show you in this article those simple steps that I use for all my products. Let's take a closer look and see how you can easily do it and have a new piece of virtual real estate that will make you money for several years, even while you're asleep.

Step 1 - Don't Reinvent The Wheel

Of course, the first thing you need to do is to choose a niche or a topic to write about. The most important lesson that I have learned over the years is to not reinvent the wheel.

While there might be topics that are so unique to you that you can write the first ebook about them in the world, often this also means that there is no market for them or that the people in the market do not want to buy a digital product. No matter how much sense it might make to you, I would advise you to wait and do something that is more of a sure winner to start with.

Look at the CB Analytics site (just google it!) as this will let you browse all the products in the Clickbank Marketplace. Find a niche that already has at least 3 products because this means that there are already affiliates out there who have invested their time and energies into creating sites for the niche. They will welcome a new entrant like you because it gives them something new to promote to their audience. By choosing an established niche that is not yet saturated (as it would be if there were 20 products) then you already know that you have a market that likes digital products a lot and you are guaranteed to make sales.

This single step alone made a massive difference to my business so please do not ignore it.

Step 2 - Research - What Do They Want?

The next thing you need to do is to find out what your market wants so that you can create a product that will deliver for them. Do not look at other books at this stage as seeing what they deliver will seriously affect your judgement. You want to use as natural a process as possible.

This means going to forums and getting into the mind of your prospect. A forum is a place where people in your niche gather to talk - see what their problems are and the most frequently asked questions. Spend a good few hours one evening doing this and take notes as you go along. By the time you have gone through several pages of the forum, you should have a great idea of what they are looking for. Now all you need to do is to create a product that answers those questions.

This may sound so obvious that you would be forgiven for thinking that you can skip this work and just start making notes based on what you already know. Please do not do this as there will be glaring gaps in your product. Take the time to be thorough and find out exactly what they want and do not take any short cuts. If you do this well then you will have a great product that you may never have to update. Do this wrong and you could make a glaring error by accident and suffer from a high refund rate for reasons that you cannot fathom.

Step 3 - Create

The last step is creation. At this point, you could even outsource the creation as your niche selection and research will be sufficient for someone to do the entire job themselves.

Personally, I recommend that you do the creation yourself. After all, you've already become an authority on this niche from your research but this will be further reinforced if you go ahead and create yourself too.

Create an outline (a structure of chapters) before you start and then start creating your product without getting distracted with other projects. Whether it takes you 3 days or 3 weeks, spend each day doing at least some of your creation as this will help you to stay in the right frame of mind. Do not take a week off as when you return you will not easily be able to pick up from where you left off. Even if you can, your product will not be as good and will not flow properly compared to if you had not.

Quit promoting other people's products. Enjoy the immense power and money advantage of having your own.
