1. Spend some time writing a killer title for your article. The title is the most important part of your article is that it gets web users to click on your article link in the first place. Furthermore, it sets the tone of your article and a powerful article title is much more likely to encourage more clicks to your link in your article's resource box.

2. Write articles that are extremely relevant to the product you are selling. This sounds like a given but many article writers lose their focus and end up writing articles that are not related to their product.

3. Start pumping out lots of quality articles. Quality and quantity is a force to be reckoned with anytime. When you write a lot of articles, it doesn't mean you have to sacrifice on quality. 4. Don't just churn out articles for the sake of it. Although I stressed the importance of quantity above, quality is also very important. For some of my star articles, I will only submit to the best directories as I don't want to have too much of the same content out there for search engine optimization purposes.
