3. Get a white board. This one of the best investments you'll ever make. Trust me. You can write down your goals, weekly schedule, daily schedule and other important items all on this white board. You can also paste pictures of your dream car or dream home here to motivate you to take action!

4. Get a comfortable chair. A good chair is one of the most cost-effective investments you will make. After all, you will be spending a good deal of time on your duff working on your computer. Make sure the chair allows you to sit upright and be comfortable. Comfort means productivity and that means you'll be able to make more money.
