List building is a great way for online businesses to stay in touch with their customers and site visitors which can be converted into customers. There are many ways to build lists and most of the ways that have been used before still work as effectively today as they did then.

Once a visitor is on this page, he or she can subscribe to your mailing list by filling-up a simple form that requires their email address. The best way to create a good landing page is to look at the more successful ones on other websites and use them as a pattern.

The best list building strategy is to offer a freebie to your landing page’s visitors. When you offer them something for free, they get enticed into joining your mailing list.

One of the most popular freebies is an e-book or a simple e-course that is related to your niche. The e-book can be a “free gift” that your visitors can receive right after they sign-in or join your mailing list.
