When it comes to Internet marketing, it appears most people have a problem with understanding the process of product creation. For a lot of internet businesspeople, it seems the most difficulty lies not with content, but with the actual product creation process. In order to create a great product that will sell very well online, you need to follow the following steps: 1. Find your topic The first thing you need to do is to establish a specific topic for your product. What is it that you have a lot of experience with? Answering that question will help you determine what product you may want to create. Get yourself a general topic and try to brainstorm ideas around it. It could be anything from a new diet plan, to designing a bookshelf. 2. Research Once you have found your topic or niche, you need to do as much research as you possibly can. Find out what kind of content gets huge amounts of responses to blogs that are related to your topic. Speak with friends and acquaintances, find out from discussion boards, forums and even social networking sites. Find out what people would be willing pay for. Research is very important when it comes to selling information. You need to spend a lot of time and effort to do a lot research early on. 3. Find your target audience Though you may have selected a specific subject or topic, you still need to segment your audience. Will you be targeting teenagers, women with young babies, men with prostate cancer or whichever market you intend to sell your product to. Having decided on a topic is not enough you need to find out the specific people to whom you want to sell and what their needs are. 4. Be more specific After you have prepared your well-researched topic and have found your target audience, you still have to come up with a more specific product idea. For example, instead of selling a product like “Lose Weight Fast”, you would do much better with something like “A Guide to Washboard Abs for Beginner Bodybuilders.” With the latter title, you have managed to have a specific niche for “abs” and a specific target audience of “beginning bodybuilders.” *FREE Videos* - Up To 60% Conversions And Up To $18.74 Per Click |
