If you want your squeeze page to have the highest conversion rate possible and you want to get leads fast, you need to have an irresistible free gift to give away. I have given away e-courses, free ebooks, free videos, free resell rights products and free e-newsletters, but I have find the best product combination to give away is a free ebook and a free newsletter subscription.

An e-course can work well, but the problem with it is, after e-course is finished, sometimes your subscribers have no reason to continue staying on your list. That is not the case with an ongoing newsletter subscription. So if you have a 5-day e-course, and after the course is up, what happens after that? It's better to go with an ongoing subscription.

Also, you can take the lessons of the e-course and convert them into a full-blown report or ebook. Then you can give away this product. I don't know what it is, but there is a higher perceived value that comes with ebooks and reports than e-course subscriptions. It is something more 'tangible'.

Creating a free ebook or report is actually very simple. All you need is a word processor to type your ebook on (I use Microsoft Word, but you can download a free version of Open Office if you don't have Word), and a PDF converter (there are numerous free options on the web, do a search on Google) and you can create an ebook or report in mere minutes. It's that easy!
