In the beginning, you might not want to go with a time frame of 1 week to launch your product since you are just getting started in the product launch game. Start out launching a product in 3 weeks first, then once you get a hold of the process and pretty much have a mental note of the steps, you can begin launching products in a week.

If you are going to launch a product in just 7 days, you need to dedicate perhaps 2 or 3 days to product creation. You need to get that product created. Either outsource it or create an ebook or a video/audio tutorial series. For those 2 or 3 days, concentrate on nothing else in your business but the creation of your product and also your sales letter that will sell your product.

Then you want to spend 1 day setting up your affiliate program. This includes registering on an affiliate network like Clickbank or Pay Dot Com, writing your sample promotional emails for affiliates to use, and other promotional materials.

After this, for the next 2 days at least, you want to just spend time contacting potential joint venture partners. Aim to contact at least 200 potential partners during this time through email or social networks like Facebook. If you get even just 5% of people to promote your product, that's 10 new partners for your product launch.

Then get ready for launch day by contacting your web host and explaining to them that you are likely to get lots of traffic on that day. Remind your joint venture partners to promote on the day itself.
