List Building Tips - Why Getting Your Own Squeeze Page Is An Absolute Must

Getting your own squeeze page is an absolute must for building a lead generating business. A squeeze page is very focused on its goal - to get subscribers. It's a very simple page with a headline, probably a few bullets and your autoresponder opt-in box to generate subscribers.

Typically, the leanest pages perform the best. That means no links to other websites, a minimalist design, and a very short page. The idea is to create enough curiosity and interest so that visitors subscribe to your list. So a short and simple page works best for creating such an action.

So why should you focus on building a squeeze page and not a sales page. Don't get me wrong...sales pages are important. You need them to sell products more effectively. But they should not be the first line in your customer's sights. That should be your squeeze page.

The goal with such a page is just to get as many subscribers a possible for the traffic you get. You can then follow-up with your subscribers via email messages from your autoresponder and turn that into a source of automatic repeat traffic. As any marketing expert will tell you, it takes up to 7 views of an offer before a prospect is ready to buy. An autoresponder allows you to follow-up with a prospect as many times as you want so that you increase your sales. The goal with list building is not to generate as much front-end profits, the goal is to make massive profits on the back-end with your list.
