When people buy online, typically they are looking to generate results. They are looking to see positive results out of purchasing and using your product. And all the hype in the world cannot hide that fact.

Sure, you should be enthusiastic when you are selling your product, but your product has to start delivering once it's in your customer's hands. People will spend huge amounts of money for a solution that works to solve a problem they desperately want to get rid of.

Most people who buy your product won't really care whether its in ebook format, cd format, video or audio. They just want a system and they want the steps that will help them solve their problems. Some people will learn better by reading, and others by watching a video, but you've still got to deliver solid content in your information.

The more expensive your products are, the more sophisticated your customer is. A person who buys a $1000 product is different from a person who buys $10 products all the time. He is likely to be at a more advanced level so pure hype will not work on him. You need to deliver real actionable information if you want him to become a repeat customer of your business. And if you want him to be a loyal fan of your business, you have to really over-deliver and over-deliver some more.

So in this age where customers are getting smarter, you have to focus on creating products that solve problems as quickly and effectively as possible. Focus on that and the money will naturally come to you.
