As some of you may already know, a big part of my promotional game plan is through article marketing. I also post articles on a blog to get traffic. So how do you get tons of traffic through this free method of blogging? Firstly, I post keyword-rich content to my blog. Then I go to Pingomatic and ping my blog. Pingomatic is regarded as one of the top websites for blog and ping these days. Now, where you first do this, it will be hard to tell where your traffic is coming from because it can be very random. That's why it's important to track your website stats by using Google Analytics or Statcounter. Both are free to use. Your goal with blogging is to continually add fresh, new content to your blog everyday. If you do that, you can't fail in getting traffic. You will get traffic from the search engines or simply through people browsing through blog directories. Remember, Google and other search engines like websites with fresh, unique content and if you can provide that, you will get traffic. It is a no-brainer. So get started now and create your free blog using Wordpress or Blogger. Then just pump in new content to it on a weekly or even regularly basis and watch your traffic numbers grow steadily by the day. The plan is simple: create a free blog, post articles on it regularly (every day or every week), then ping it using Pingomatic. Watch the traffic flood come rolling in.
