The reason I don't care is that I only use PLR material for research! There you have it! I never use PLR material as is!
Sure, I may use chunks of it as is, but I will never publish it without altering it (with one notable exception).
PLR material is there to speed up my product creation process!
If the source material is of a high quality (never settle for anything less!) I can knock out my own information product in just one or two workdays. Depending on my chosen format even faster than that!
The source material is used in chunks. The good bits are kept, expanded upon and optimized. The bad bits are thrown away. Sometimes more than one PLR product will be combined into one information product. Occasionally source material will be used as is as a bonus to the main product, but that's it.
