The most important thing you can do is to build a relationship with your list. If you get an email from someone you like and trust, you are very likely to open it, right? That's why you need to build this likeability and trust with your list so that they will open your emails every time and in fact eagerly look forward to receiving your emails!

3. Be Relevant

You have to be relevant. Mention the latest news briefly in your email so that your newsletter sounds current and stays in touch with the times. Above all, you have to send information and content that is related to the topic of your list, so people will know what to expect when they receive your emails.
