Arrow Traffic Exchange Advertising - How to Use Splash Pages to Get Tons of Leads

You might have heard of splash pages before and how they relate to traffic exchange advertising. But do you know why you need to use a splash page and traffic exchanges and how to create one that will effectively generate tons of leads for you? This article will cover that and more.

First of all, what are splash pages exactly? Well, they are short, hard-hitting, attention-grabbing pages where the aim is to get a click. That's right - a click, nothing more. Because traffic exchange surfers have barely a few seconds to look at your page, your aim is just to get them to take some sort of action on your offer, even if it's just a small action like clicking on your link.

Why do you want to do this? Well, there is something called the law of Commitment And Consistency. When someone does what you tell him to do, it is likely he will follow through on something else you tell him to do. It's just that simple.

So you want to get the click first. This is where your splash page design comes in and how it plays an important role. You need a short, snappy headline that 'screams' out to your visitor. You have to grab his attention here. Make it benefit-filled, create curiosity.

The next thing you may need, and this is optional, is a snazzy graphic. Graphics sell. If you can create a ecover graphic or banner, this will get you a higher response rate for your splash page.

And lastly, we need to have the link in there. Make your hyperlink big and prominent so it will get more click throughs. Make it enthusiastic. Write something like 'Click Here To ____________'. Fill in the blank with your number one benefit.
