Is it really true that reviews can have an effect on the ranking factors that a particular website has on the search engines? There a lot of SEO people who say that certainly these reviews can have an effect on search ranking of a site. It is said that a site getting a lot of good reviews can see its rankings go high although this is not acknowledged positively.
