Step 1 - Create An Irresistible No-Cost Offer

What you want to do firstly is to create an irresistible free offer such as a free report or a set of video/audio tutorials to give to your subscribers. This will act as an incentive for visitors to sign up to your mailing list.

Step 2 - Build A Squeeze Page

Build your own squeeze page that captures leads. A squeeze page generally consists of a short, attention grabbing headline, a few eye-grabbing bullet points and of course, your opt-in form for turning visitors into your leads. A recommended autoresponder is Get Response or Aweber.

Step 3 - Promote Related Products

Promote related affiliate products to your subscribers. Do note however, that you do not want to constantly promote stuff to your subscribers. What is important is to mix content with promotions.

Step 4 - Create Your Own Product

Once you have discovered the affiliate products that sell the best, you'd want to create your own products. You now have an idea of what sells with your subscribers and can create a product that you can sell and keep all the profits.
