Default Why A Squeeze Page Gives Better Opt Ins Than A Blog

One of the most important parts of list building, (and even some other types of internet marketing as well), is to have an enticing squeeze page. A squeeze page is more or less a page where interested subscribers will fill in their e-mail, in order to get future updates, valuable information and other benefits. This is important, because the faster and quicker you build your list, the faster you can begin to make money.

There are a few things that make a good squeeze page, (also known as a landing page), but one of the most important rules to remember is that you're not just trying to leech their e-mail!

You want to actually serve your list!

Anyone can get a list of e-mails, but you should be targeting people who are actually interested in the products or services that you are selling! You can more or less think of it as not you targeting people, but people targeting you!

These are people who have chosen what you have to offer, and they want to know more about it. The last thing you want to do is simply ask them for your e-mail, because that just looks suspicious.

This means that you shouldn't be attempting to lure people with false promises that they will make money beyond their wildest dreams. One of the hardest things to find is a squeeze page that isn't filled with anything and everything that clients want to hear, so if you're wanting to really make money, it's best to steer clear from that practice. Only list out what you will deliver.

Squeeze pages work much better than blogs, because they are so focused.

The prospect only has one thing to do and that is sign up.

Consider squeeze pages as the step BEFORE your blog.

You want your blog to drive genuine, interested traffic to your squeeze page, but it is the squeeze page that will convert much better in getting interested people to sign up.

This is because you're wanting to lure these already interested people, (due to your squeeze page), in to more in depth content. This is why having a well thought out squeeze pageis so important.

The reason that you can't just skip to a blog instead of just using a landing page is because there is much too much content in the blog. It is distracting to the prospects.

It is the very direct problem/solution format of the squeeze page that gets people to sign up.

The reason that you have a squeeze pagein the first place is to make sure that all your content can be divided and given to your list over time. This way you can really serve your subscribers and build a relationship with them that will last over time.

Anyone can just make a random, useless campaign, but that's not going to make them the money they're looking for.

The correct execution is what allows you to make money.
