Does article marketing work? It does!

It's not a quick fix solution for traffic. Unless you hire a team of writers to start churning out articles for you 24/7 so you can start submitting a slew of them to the directories and start reaping the traffic. With the increasing competition and due to the fact that there are more articles out there on the web these days, this is probably the way to dominate a niche market with article marketing.

Go to an article directory and take a look at the top authors for each category. Do they look like they are doing relatively well? Are they submitting articles regularly? What kind of site are they sending their traffic to? (squeeze page, blog, sales page, review page etc)

Study these article marketers. If they are continually submitting articles, they've got to be doing it for a reason. That's because it works. It generates traffic and sales for them. That's why they expand energy or spend money to get the articles out there.

A little reverse engineering goes a long way to dissecting an Internet business model and creating your own success story.

Not to mention there are also many ways you can leverage your articles:

1) Use them to create press releases through a little editing

2) Submit them to forums

3) Publish them on your blog

4) Send them out as content to your subscribers

5) Use an article as a basis for an online video or teleseminar

6) Compile articles into an ebook

...and many other ways!
