Domain flipping is one of the most lucrative ways to make money online today. There are some people who are very successful to flip these domains, but some were not? Actually, you buy a domain and sell it to companies for profit.

1. Brainstorm and pick a geo-targeted domain and business niche.

The first thing you need to do is to think about a geo-targeted domain. You will be registering a domain that is mixed with the location and business type. For example, if you live within Brooklyn and you are targeting interior designers, you will be registering a domain like BrooklynInteriorDesigns.com.

2. Register your domain to GoDaddy

GoDaddy is always my favorite and main domain registrar. All of my domains were registered here, as well as geo-targeted domains. Make sure that the domain is available. If it's not available, try to use other extensions like .NET or .ORG or even add a word or letter to it.

3. Search and contact your prospects using Google Maps

After you bought the domain, you need to go to Google Maps. Try to go to your desired location first (e.g., Brooklyn, NY) and type your keyword like "interior designs" in the search box. After the results were displayed, contact your prospects either with their phone numbers or e-mail.
