Tip How To Find Exact Match Domains

Here are some tips to help you find exact match domains. These tips should help you find more them and make it easier to do so. It's also worth explaining at this point that you will never find anyone's 100% complete method for finding exact match domains anywhere online.

Why? Because everyone has their own unique tricks that they use and discovered themselves. To share them would work against them. It's a bit like going out and panning for gold. Many people will tell you the mechanics of how to mine and maybe even give a few pointers on how to find an area that is abundant in gold but they will not mark an X on the map that tells you exactly where the gold is!

Anyway, without much further ado, here are the tips to help you find those EMDs.

Seed Keywords

The seed keywords that you use are very important. If you have a good seed keyword then it can spawn many more others. Good examples are colors and adjectives and material names. For example, the word "leather" or the color "red".

Avoid Popular Niches

Avoid the popular niches. After a while you will easily spot these. For example, cell phones. These niches have been battered to death and you will not find many good EMDs there. The same goes for most consumer electronic devices.

As an example, try industrial machines or devices. Not only will these have a very high CPC (because they cost a lot) but they will have far less competition.

Remember, what you may think of as uncommon or unpopular is not the case when you look across the entire world. So avoid those "sexy" niches.

Autocomplete Tools

Google has an autocomplete feature called "Suggest" but then so do other sites, especially product sites. The best example of this is Amazon. Here you can find great keywords and seed keywords that Google never picked up, for whatever reason. At the very least, you will get good inspiration for directions to go off onto and find EMDs.

Amazon is just one example, there are many other sites out there with the same suggestive feature. In fact, in many ways, Amazon is the least useful site in this regard. Think laterally and you will find keywords that most people have missed. This will also reduce the time taken to find keywords which is very important.
