All newbies need to know where to start.

After trying lots of different things, I found that list building was the simplest and I "own it".

Why do all the work to get traffic to just get one chance to make a sale.

Build a list, give valuable information, and then offer great products and services that are of real value to your list.

The basic steps are:

Do market research to find a hot market.

Do keyword research to make sure it is profitable.

Buy a domain name that fits the niche.

Buy hosting and since you will be doing this repeatedly with each new niche, get a resellers account with unlimited number of domains.

Create your autoresponder

Get targeted traffic to your page.

Offer valuable information to your list and provide something of real
value to them for free.

Once in a while offer a very valuable product or service that will really help your list.

Once you are getting sign ups, set up a blog attached to the same domain name as the squeeze page and write great posts with links inside the post to your squeeze page.

Believe it or not, once this is set up and getting targeted traffic, sign ups and you start making sales, you can start all over with another niche and do it all over again.
