There are so many ways for us to make money online, and one of them is what we call affiliate marketing. Through the years, affiliate marketing was already been practiced by lots of people from all around the world to make a difference in the online world. In other words, they are trying to make a living with this one. But there is one common and long-term method that most people are relying on, and it's what we call the search engine optimization technique (SEO).
Is SEO the only way to make money on this?
Many of you think that SEO (search engine optimization) is the only legitimate way to make money with affiliate marketing. When it comes to SEO, you are relying on your website's search rankings on Google through analyzing competition and search volume. As the Google Panda update really "killed" those websites who have poor quality content, SEO is not the only way. There are several ways for you to make money online with affiliate marketing, as long the traffic is real and legitimate (not fake).
If you're not relying to the SEO method, it is suggested that you need to work harder with building traffic in other areas including building an email list, CPA, social marketing and even PPC.
Although we still need SEO, but take note that without backlinks and good keyword research you won't get the traffic that you are expected. This is why we're not always relying on the SEO method for affiliate marketing, there are a few goldmines out there that are waiting for us to dig them.
