Did you know that when it comes to business relationships, you should take it seriously? It is really true then, because people are looking for businesses or products that are trusted and can give them value of what they've spent. If you are looking to start with your own product (whether if it's an eBook, software or a course), you need to build some customer relationship first.

Is there a chance that they should refund the product if they don't like it in many reasons? It is what you should prepare before you can see greater results in the long term.
