If you want to become highly exposed and popular, one of your weapons is to create your own personal blog.

For years, personal blogs have lots of traffic and popularity in the internet. A lot of people are following them throughout their daily activities, touching stories and amazing moments they have. But what makes you think these blogs are very popular right now?

Do you think personal blogs must be popular?

Most of the personal bloggers would like to expose themselves to the public, but others might treat it as a private diary. Some of the top and famous personal bloggers right now are Jeremy "Shoemoney" Schoemaker, John Chow, Jonathan Volk, Zac Johnson, Tyler Cruz, Traffic Coleman, Elise's Review, Alex Whalley and more. Usually, these personal bloggers are talking more about internet marketing but in a "personal" way, and their domains were not even niche-related or exact matched.

Instead, these personal bloggers are registering the domains using their own names, or even "first name + keyword" or 'keyword + first name". The reason they want their name on the domain is because of one thing, to become popular and to have lots of followers, traffic and even revenue. In other words, they want people to like and follow on what they are posting each day.

Personal blogs are more attractive than niche-related blogs with EMD (exact match domain), and it's really true. The more you give value and inspiration to your blog, the more traffic, viewers and revenue you will generate for good.
