2. Send free information to your list often. These can come in the form of free PDF reports, free audio recordings, free videos, blog posts and articles. The idea is to build trust with your list by helping them with your free information. If they like your free information, they would certainly want to take a look at your paid information.

3. Keep a respectable content email to promotional email ratio. Generally you'd want to send out 2 content emails for every promotional email you send out. If you send too many content emails, your list will have the mentality of not buying from you. If you send too many sales emails, many subscribers will unsubscribe.

4. Invite interaction with your list. Send them surveys, invite them to comment on your blog, and ask them questions. Interaction increases sales! People like to know they are talking with a living, breathing person on the other end, even if it's only through an online communication. Keep your personal information like your personal email and phone number for members who sign up for your coaching program.
