Arrow List Building - How To Build A Mammoth, Responsive List Through A Powerful AdWords Trick

One way to build a big, responsive list on Google AdWords is to take advantage of a little-known option called Placement Targeting. Placement Targeting (called Site Targeting before the name change) is sort of like Content Network advertising, but it's a lot more targeted. The reason is because you get to place your ads on the sites you choose!

Here is how it generally works: you choose sites that have AdSense featured on them, then set a CPM price. This means you pay on a thousand impressions basis. That's why it's key to have a good converting ad.

Placement Targeting is also a great tool for branding. Even if you don't get clicks, if your ad starts appearing everywhere, your business and your brand will start to gain credibility in your target market.

Now, Placement Targeting is a way to get clicks for as cheap as even $0.05 or $0.01. They are less targeted, but since they are so cheap, the ROI (return on investment) is often still better than even normal AdWords advertising.

Find related sites in your niche and enter them into your Placement Targeting campaign. Increase your bids if your ad still does not appear on your chosen sites. After a few days or a week or two, throw out those sites that don't perform well for you and keep those sites that do generate response for you. Constantly look out for new sites to add to your campaign.
